Passion BBD: second project second stage According to project

I'm finally back after a couple of weeks of absence.

After a couple of weeks on the run I return to my lungoSAL BBD in the company of Jane, Nadia, Elena, Christina, Tina, Bea, Maria, Mario, Bruna, Corinne, Ghislaine: I had difficulty choosing the pattern because I wanted something fast, but not tiny, gentle, but not too coy: I finally decided and I decided to make "A Flock of Bird."

I did not want to remove the embroidery from the frame and the canvas is stretched, however incorrectly, then the sky was gray enough before shooting, so the picture is coming a little dark and a little stortigna: each I hope you manage to see how well the matching colors. I'm using a beautiful 28 ct Zweigart linen in a shade of gray Pearl, while the yarns are those mentioned by the authors in the DMC version.

The next week I should have workers at home and spins and I are going to stay with my mother so it's quite likely that will not be able to update for etmpo with the second stage, but please, do not lose patience past, however, to see me, I'm glad to read your comments .... you learn so much ...

Some time ago my friend Rosanna (from Blog Crocette to no end) and I are in love with the beautiful and refined Fa-La-La LHN and so we decided that each of us would have achieved and packaged for swap with each other.

Rosanna has used a cappuccino in the shade cloth Monaco (beautiful) Embroidered with DMC in the shades indicated.
I instead used a 32 ct Graziano linen, ivory: the wrong choice because the colors stood out enough and not recommended so I had to change any tone finishing to impart a greater contrast to the collection.

Salpin March .... post-date!

There is method which takes: to organize, deadlines, schedule time for activities that are not too well so I can, as I try to do it, never comes on time.
And so, just not to deny them, only now I come to publish my Salpin last month.



I am very satisfied with the effect "old" the whole, even though I had some problems with the fabric: linen 32 ct. Subjected to dye bollittura along with tea, it is compacted a little later than expected and the passage of the yarn was not exactly easy.
I think it was worth it: this series of PS I really like it and some will realize short another.
the way: I used a canvas Graziano, who was originally ivory, and the DMC recommended by the designer.
What I have in mind for the Salpin of this month? There are at least two options in the running, both fast enough to not try to "stay within further and hope to soon ... ....
